Welcome to FlixClean! These Terms of Use ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, govern your access to and use of the app. Please read them carefully before using the app.

Agreement to Terms

By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. License to Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app
  • Use the app for unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes

2. Data Collection and Use

We may collect limited technical and usage information, including:

  • Device model, operating system version, and diagnostic data
  • Anonymous interaction data related to cleaning and optimization features

All collected data is anonymized and used solely to improve stability, performance, and user experience.

3. App Functionality

The app is designed to help optimize device storage by:

  • Removing junk files, cache, and temporary data
  • Identifying duplicate or unused photos and videos
  • Freeing up storage space and improving device responsiveness

You are responsible for reviewing files before deletion. We are not liable for data loss caused by user actions.

4. Subscription & Payments

Some features may require a subscription or in-app purchase.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
  • Payments are processed securely through Apple's in-app purchase system

5. Updates

We may release updates to enhance functionality, fix issues, or introduce new features. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

7. Termination

Access to the app may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated or if harmful, fraudulent, or illegal activity is detected.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved under the appropriate jurisdiction.
